By using your Canadian Finals Rodeo (CFR) ticket, you give Explore Edmonton Corporation (“Explore”) and its agents and partners the right to use your image or likeness for publicity in live or recorded formats, including video, audio, photography, or any other media for the event's broadcast, promotional activities, and marketing the event as well as future events. All rights to utilize the event's names, logos, and trademarks, as well as the rights to broadcast, record, capture, or replicate the event, are owned or held exclusively by Explore. You agree not to engage in or direct others to engage in any actions that would violate Explore’s rights.
